HOW DO I GET PAID?
You earn income by actively performing a service as an Independent Contractor and you choose the client that you want to service, each client pays a different amount. Your pay check is up to you. You set your schedule and work how much you want. Full-time, part-time, or a flexible schedule to fit your needs.
WHEN DO I START EARNING A PAYCHECK?
Once you complete the admissions process, and select the company you would like to service, you will start training. Classes are around 4-6 weeks long. Some clients offer the opportunity to "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN." If not, you will be compensated on a bi-weekly basis once you start working.

May need a landline Telephone or VOIP service and Hard-Wired Broad Band Internet service.

Many clients will provide access to their confidential customer information, therefore a background check is required for security purposes.
Arise does not allow usage of the platform by anyone who has been convicted of or pled guilty to CERTAIN felony or misdemeanor charges. included but not limited to theft, fraud, identity theft, or similar violations
WHAT FEES WILL I PAY?
A service fee is charged per month, the fee break down is as follows:
Arise infrastructure which provides 24 hour technical support help desk, STARMATIC scheduling system.
IBO fee, secure website for invoicing/direct deposit services in which you can log onto at your convenience.
Course certification fee required to start training.
THIS FEE WILL BE REIMBURSED AFTER 30 DAYS OF SERVICE.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Once you complete the questionnaire on the page "get started" you will receive an email to begin the process of creating a profile.
Once you have completed the requirements to create a profile you will then be able to see available clients to service. Select a client, complete training, start getting paid.
